Despite explaining its significance, Ken refused further investigation or communication with the expert. Over two years, he ignored my repeated requests and urged me to accept a plea. I ultimately hired new attorneys, the original expert, and a private investigator—actions Ken rejected. Without him, we proved 15 seconds were missing in the recording. The judge dismissed the felony. I received no jail, no probation, and a sealed record. Had I relied on Ken alone, I’d have a felony conviction.
