Shipping is a nightmare
Shipping was a nightmare. Product was shipped incorrectly from seller. Took over a month and multiple emails to find out the issue. Seller response time lags and ignored requests to refund my money. Look elsewhere for like products.

We love the playmat
We loved the kids' playmat and Lovevery kits for children. They have inspired learning through play and have grown with our kid from birth to his 1 st year. The kits can be utilised in many ways. We liked the research behind the products. Now we have ordered a new bath kit from them.

Poor Communication
We enrolled at Elance Calicut about two months ago, but our experience so far has been incredibly disappointing. Following admission, there has been no adequate communication from the institute. They do not return calls regularly, and when contacted, there is no clear answer as to when classes will begin. Despite multiple follow-ups and even offering possible class timelines, they have made no commitments or provided an update. This lack of accountability and professionalism is quite disturbing.

Alaska - Used to be great
I paid extra for an exit row seat, and then minutes before boarding, they changed it to a standard seat. They refused to refund my payment, and in the chat support, they simply stated, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do," and then ended the chat. Alaska used to be my go-to for flights, but something has happened over the last year or so (the merger, maybe?), and it's super disappointing. So sad to see what's happened to them!

Replacement lid gaskets on their way.
I recently had black mold on the two lid gaskets on my HydroFlask. When I contacted them, they were eager to cooperate and send a replacement. they are now shipping new gaskets. Wonderful!

Save the Planet while looking good
I have used Ethique products for several years, after realizing how many plastic bottles our family was “recycling” every year. We love the purpose and the quality of their products, including shampoos, conditioners, and body washes. Ethique also has Great customer service! They go above and beyond. Earlier this year, they had a sale through a third party. One of my regular products was out of stock on the first day. I emailed Ethique, expressing my frustration about my situation. Mostly to let them know. However, they responded with a special link to their website offering me the same discount.

Worst website
I had the worst website experience with them, and they are never going to fix it. Every three months, from past 2 years, i have been paying my life insurance premiums on-line which ALWAYS requires multiple attempts at creating an new login profile. It feels exhausting and like every insurance payment attempt takes a year of my life.

GM is a Nightmare
General Motors has been a nightmare. They charge a fortune for their own car repairs and take a long time for repairs. My car’s been in the shop more than it’s been on the road. Customer service is useless, it feels like they don't care about their customers at all. I’ll never buy another GM car again.

No delivery again
No more deliveries. They do not ship the meals you order. The cuisine is becoming worse. I'm going to cancel because I've had enough. The only bright spot is that I did lose weight; portion control and eating less sugar and sodium have also helped me reduce my numbers. Unfortunately, they are unable to address their logistics.

Excellent Service and Smooth EV Rental Experience
Hertz provides excellent services from start to end. Booking was simple, the procedure was fast, and the representatives were polite and respectful. My rented EV was spotless, and I ended up extending my rental for another week. It was easy to recharge, and the battery was long-lasting.

Fantastic Customer Service
I've shopped in a few REIs but received the best customer service at the Keizer/Salem, Oregon REI. She listened to what I needed, took me to the backpack fitting area, and spent a good 45 minutes explaining everything I needed to know about purchasing a good day pack. I bought one on sale, she fitted it to me, she showed me how to pack it, and she never tried to oversell.
