Terrible Customer Experience
I purchased a trial to evaluate their stuff. It did nothing for me, and I didn't want to buy more, but they charged me for a costly subscription renewal with no prior notice. I just got an email after the charge went through. This is incredibly customer-unfriendly, and it also demonstrates a lack of transparency by not reminding clients, particularly trial customers, when they are due to pay. Customer service declined to issue a refund.

Worst customer service & don't live upto promises
A month ago, I saw an ad by Toppr.com offering online tutor roles. It seemed like a great way to earn extra income, so I quickly completed and submitted their 10-question assignment. However, I never received a response. Frustrated, I emailed them and called customer care, only to be told they had no current openings and only accept around 10–11 tutors. I later learned they stopped hiring two months ago. It felt like a waste of time and a tactic to gain attention without actual opportunities. Very disappointing and unprofessional on their part.

I flew with Scoot for the first time
I flew with Scoot for the first time from Vienna to Bali. It was a pleasant surprise. It’s a low-cost airline, so you have to pay extra for everything, but the tickets were really cheap. My only complaint is about the food on the return flight, which was really terrible. Do not try Ginger Chicken with rice.

Looking for flights is very easy but alert system is confusing
Looking for flights is simple; your list is nearly identical to that of other websites. I am not sure how to sign up for the alert system that notifies us when rates to/from our destinations alter or become available. I believe I accomplished everything right, but figuring out how to turn off the alert is equally confusing. It's not intuitive.

Classic Vacations made a hotel booking on the Big Island, Hawaii, but the car reservation on Maui, Hawaii. Irresponsible And there was absolutely no help from customer service.

Pretty good airline
The seats were comfortable, and dinner was great, though breakfast was disappointing. The in-flight entertainment was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the plane could have been much better.

The call center's tolerance and readiness to assist me in understanding the promotion I participated in. I received the information I needed to determine when the money I contributed to Acorn's growth would be released. To assist me, the assistant provided dates on which I may expect to receive additional funds from this campaign in my investment account.

My dog, Marco, has been coming here for six years, and we all love the staff here! They are polite, friendly, and attentive to our pet. If I ever have questions, they are always there to answer. If u haven't tried them out, u should. They are wonderful!!

Purchased a whole home generator in August 2022, still not working
I bought a whole-house generator that was installed on August 22. After the first hurricane hit, the generator failed after 15 hours of operation, 9 hours of weekly maintenance, and 6 hours of power. The generator broke on July 23 and was not repaired under warranty until October 23. For the same reason, the generator failed again recently. The identical model/make part that failed the first time was the one that Generac sent out to fix it. After paying for "peace of mind with a whole house generator" more than 3 years ago, it has failed again, and I still don't have a generator.

Extremely Disappointed
I bought a sofa from here just over six months ago, and I am really frustrated with its quality, construction, and everything else. The cushions are collapsing, making it uncomfortable to sit, and the fabric has started to pile up all over. It appears old and worn out, despite being barely used. I can't even return it because of the ridiculous restocking fee. Never buying again.

Refunded after subscription mistake. Great communication!
I made a mistake and signed up for this; I was charged $89.99, but I was quickly reimbursed after contacting Teachable customer care, whose patience and helpful communication were really appreciated. This would be an excellent resource for real educators who wish to create a website with ease and encourage students to educate.
