Perfect service.
I had a flight from Helsinki to Vilnius, and mid-flight, Vilnius Airport was closed, so the plane made a return to Helsinki. The service which Finnair provided for the customer was perfect - a hotel was provided in 3 minutes, a new next-day flight ticket was sent in another 5 minutes. Excellent service and care for their customer. Their short-haul flight aircraft (ATR) seats have very good legroom.

Exceptional
I bought a ticket on a third-party website, and instantly, my reservation was confirmed by Saudia. The flight attendants were caring. The food was very delicious on the plane. I got the tickets for 50% less money for a one-way trip, and I received a better experience than the two other top Middle East airlines offered. It was a memorable trip. Looking forward to flying again!

Our Agent was great
Our agent did an excellent job of organizing our trip to Japan and South Korea. My husband and I are in our seventies, so having the travel arrangements (including transfers, flights between Japan and South Korea, and flights from and to Los Angeles) go smoothly was quite beneficial. He assisted us in selecting excellent accommodations and arranging for additional services, making the trip even more enjoyable and convenient. With his assistance, we were able to find excellent tour guides who spoke English and were willing to adapt to our changing needs. Despite getting sick while I was there, I had a great experience. I really suggest Dustin and TravelStore, Los Angeles.

Okay, guys, back with another banger. Although there is no overnight parking and it is first-come, first-served, I would definitely advise you to arrive at 7:00, pull through the gate, check in at 7:30, or at least sign in, and then they'll sign your door right away. It's a little tight, but once you're unloaded, you'll be good to go.

One of the finest store
The Bass Pro in Council Bluffs is the finest Bass Pro store I've ever visited. It has a vast collection and a well-maintained stock of merchandise. They had a large selection of options for ammo needed for the waterfowl trip that I was going on. The store is super Clean, well-organized, and has a very friendly staff.

Mechanical problems departure-missing bag on return
Mechanical problems occurred throughout the trip from MKE to ORD. The first flight was delayed two hours. Would have missed the connection. Instead, I had to travel to MKE-Houston and then to Fort Myers. Both flights were delayed on their return trip. In MKE, no baggage. Open a ticket for bags, and they indicate they will be delivered anytime the next day between 2 and 10 p.m. The delivery driver should call before the representative does. I inquire as to how long ago this occurred. The agent is not sure. In other words, I'll be sitting at home all day waiting for my bags, which they were unable to transport on my delayed flight to Ord. No apologies, no credit, nothing.

Easy Website
It is very easy to navigate the Magickitchen website and place an order. This is for a single elderly person, so I appreciate that they have the option for a smaller portion selection. I have found it difficult to find smaller portion meal/food gifts, and I am happy to see this.

Unprofessional and Dismissive Care
In April 2025, I had Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my nose performed by the excellent Dr. Casper. Following that, I saw Dr. Ahumada for follow-up care. He looked at my nose briefly, said I didn’t need stitches, and told me to return in two weeks. When I did, I had a visible hole in my nose. I expressed my concern, and his cold response shocked me—he asked why I didn’t get a skin graft, despite never offering one. When I reminded him, he denied it. His dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were unacceptable. I won’t return to him.

Great place for tools
This is the place to try if you need something exceptional that isn't available at a regular hardware or auto parts store. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. They may be able to direct you if they are unable to locate it or perhaps make it.

Excellent rental experience
Everything went perfectly with the Getaround rental. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The pick-up and return process was very smooth. I had no issues at all during the rental and would definitely recommend this vehicle and this owner to other users.
