I needed a gift for a grad
I needed a gift for a graduation. I went on the site, ordered, and at checkout, I had entered my address in Hawaii. It gave me a delivery date of two days before the event, so I purchased the item. I got an order confirmation and shipping notification, but when I clicked through, the package had been passed off to USPS, and the delivery date is now maybe a week later. This is after the event, after we have actually left the country, so completely useless. If you are going to charge more than $20 for shipping AND post an exact date for delivery, you should meet expectations. It's just disingenuous.

Predatory billing system, but teacher is excellent
The instructor is outstanding. The monthly billing scheme is a financial waste and a fraud. To determine the cost of classes, you must ask questions or read through numerous pages, which can make it challenging to understand the costs. I feel that the existing credit system exploits consumers, so I have moved to another provider. I cherished the previous system. Because of our teacher, we continue to attend Outschool. However, if he were on a different platform, he would depart.

Deceptive
I consistently give Road Scholar the benefit of the doubt, simply to be let down. I made a very costly ticket for a trip to French Polynesia and the nearby islands. RS altered the schedule but didn't tell me until three months later, and seemed to be deceptively advertising in the interim. They claimed to have changed the pricing, but they hadn't done so for me. Emails and phone calls are necessary. I enjoy their schedules, but I'm running out of time to travel with them. In summary, I no longer trust them and keep a close eye on them when I make reservations with them.

My buttons didn’t work
I experienced some problems with five of the buttons when I first started using them. The support team was excellent and really helpful. They offered to help by replacing the batteries and, if necessary, shipping new buttons. They were quite patient with me while I attempted to find out how to send them a video. Finally, I was able to get the buttons to work. I appreciate how quickly their team responded to my question and how eager they were to assist me.

Delays
After creating an account and depositing money, I had trouble accessing my funds. The account was put under security hold, and the holiday period prolonged the delay. Until the money was retrieved, 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙨, 𝙘𝙤𝙢 assisted in investigating the matter.

I was really satisfied with our online paint consultation! The consultant helped visualize the color by using images of our home and the sofa we ordered. She created a mood board with various ideas for possibilities and how they might appear. As part of the complimentary consultation, they also included a discount coupon. This service really impressed me.

Completely unreliable junk
I purchased an oversized power recliner for my mom, who was recovering from surgery. It cost roughly $900. Just past a year, once the warranty ran out, the motor failed, and the company refused to help. For that amount of money, I would expect significantly better quality. I would not ever buy from them again.
