Our Agent was great
Our agent did an excellent job of organizing our trip to Japan and South Korea. My husband and I are in our seventies, so having the travel arrangements (including transfers, flights between Japan and South Korea, and flights from and to Los Angeles) go smoothly was quite beneficial. He assisted us in selecting excellent accommodations and arranging for additional services, making the trip even more enjoyable and convenient. With his assistance, we were able to find excellent tour guides who spoke English and were willing to adapt to our changing needs. Despite getting sick while I was there, I had a great experience. I really suggest Dustin and TravelStore, Los Angeles.

Okay, guys, back with another banger. Although there is no overnight parking and it is first-come, first-served, I would definitely advise you to arrive at 7:00, pull through the gate, check in at 7:30, or at least sign in, and then they'll sign your door right away. It's a little tight, but once you're unloaded, you'll be good to go.

Hosts can cancel at last minute without penalty leaving buyers in a terrible position. Customer service is an AI bot. Awful. Will never use again after this rental.

Exceptional
I bought a ticket on a third-party website, and instantly, my reservation was confirmed by Saudia. The flight attendants were caring. The food was very delicious on the plane. I got the tickets for 50% less money for a one-way trip, and I received a better experience than the two other top Middle East airlines offered. It was a memorable trip. Looking forward to flying again!

Perfect service.
I had a flight from Helsinki to Vilnius, and mid-flight, Vilnius Airport was closed, so the plane made a return to Helsinki. The service which Finnair provided for the customer was perfect - a hotel was provided in 3 minutes, a new next-day flight ticket was sent in another 5 minutes. Excellent service and care for their customer. Their short-haul flight aircraft (ATR) seats have very good legroom.

One of the finest store
The Bass Pro in Council Bluffs is the finest Bass Pro store I've ever visited. It has a vast collection and a well-maintained stock of merchandise. They had a large selection of options for ammo needed for the waterfowl trip that I was going on. The store is super Clean, well-organized, and has a very friendly staff.

Fraudulent charges with no recourse
If I were able to give zeroes, I would. I've been charged $150 for the past three years, and I've been fighting my bank over it, but I have yet to get a refund. Beware that any interaction with McAfee on your device may sign you up for auto-renewal, which is nearly impossible to cancel. The helpline I contacted was in Nicaragua. Nobody can help. There is no corporate presence. I believe that all of my information was compromised on my pc. They would not cancel the service. Finally, I had to pay my bank to refuse future payments. It's deceitful, deceptive, and plain larceny.

Impossible to find parking
The car was in good condition, but there was no parking spot, which is quite difficult to find, especially in this neighborhood. We drove for an hour in rounds to locate a spot, and the nearby gas station was closed, so we couldn't tank, and the kilometers kept rising because of the parking challenge.

Great place for tools
This is the place to try if you need something exceptional that isn't available at a regular hardware or auto parts store. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. They may be able to direct you if they are unable to locate it or perhaps make it.

Delicious food experience.

Mechanical problems departure-missing bag on return
Mechanical problems occurred throughout the trip from MKE to ORD. The first flight was delayed two hours. Would have missed the connection. Instead, I had to travel to MKE-Houston and then to Fort Myers. Both flights were delayed on their return trip. In MKE, no baggage. Open a ticket for bags, and they indicate they will be delivered anytime the next day between 2 and 10 p.m. The delivery driver should call before the representative does. I inquire as to how long ago this occurred. The agent is not sure. In other words, I'll be sitting at home all day waiting for my bags, which they were unable to transport on my delayed flight to Ord. No apologies, no credit, nothing.
