Even if your luggage isn’t overweight, you will end up being charged extra at the airport during checkin. They take advantage of passengers by adding unnecessary fees.

I love using Skillshare. All the teachers are good and experts. They offer a wide variety of classes, even for things I never thought I would need to learn. I encourage others to join Skillshare so they, too, can learn from skilled teachers.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service and ridiculously late for returns to be processed. Do not buy unless you do not need to return the item. There is absolutely no need for this timescale, and they show no regard for customers at all.

Love the product, customer care not so much
Love the product. Hate their customer service and their IT systems. Bought a Kaufman couch in a custom color from the Ardmore, PA location. The delivery was initially scheduled for November-December, but I received a call stating that it had been rescheduled—no emails or texts from West Elm. I called customer care and got dropped. I called the store, and they instructed me to disregard the issue and that the couch is currently backordered. They refused to do any further investigation! Luckily, I cancelled my travel and decided to wait for the sofa.

Misguiding and Untrained staff
I visited the Star Dental clinic for treatment of a minor chipped tooth. The senior dentist recommended a root canal treatment (RCT), which I agreed to based on her advice. Unfortunately, the RCT was performed by someone who seemed inexperienced, and I suspect may not have been properly qualified. The same applies to the dentist who placed the crown, as it led to food getting stuck due to a gap left between the RCT tooth and the adjacent one. This eventually caused cavities in the nearby tooth. In my opinion, this clinic prioritizes profit over proper patient care. I felt misled and would advise others to be cautious.

Great place for tools
This is the place to try if you need something exceptional that isn't available at a regular hardware or auto parts store. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. They may be able to direct you if they are unable to locate it or perhaps make it.

Be very cautious
I advocate using AARP with extreme caution. I signed up in 2023 but cancelled my subscription. It was then renewed in 2024 without my consent. After canceling a second time, the subscription was renewed for another five years using my PayPal account without my permission. This was quite irritating and concerning. I strongly advise everyone to closely watch their subscriptions and payment methods.

I've tried various online platforms, but Udacity stands out since its activities are well-structured and easy to follow, even for complex topics. I loved how the classes were split into manageable chunks, with frequent tests to test my knowledge. The platform is clean, and the learning route is straightforward from start to finish.

Great Experience for Excellent Travel Insurance
Customer service responded to all of our inquiries about their services. In just three days, we were able to obtain insurance for our vacation. She completed everything over the phone in ten minutes, sent us the paperwork via email, and explained all the advantages of this packet. She spoke clearly and distinctly, and it was reasonable. She was also very professional and kind. I heartily endorse her and this business. We are going to use Arch RoamRight again.
