Asked for some information, got carried the whole way
I was sad because I had lost my child's sippy cup valve, most likely in a parking lot. I looked for a replacement but couldn't find one, so I asked if they had any available. They were kind enough to send me a completely new bottle instead. I'm still sorry about losing that valve, but at least my toddler will have a new bottle to love.

A -100 Customer Service Center
I've taken many Gate 1 travel trips, and I've enjoyed each one. However, lately, it's been possible to reach someone on the phone from the call center. Wait periods are longer than two to three hours. I used their callback feature twice, but I never got a call. I've used WhatsApp's chat feature, but it's equally awful. I've also utilized the email tool, but according to them, it could take up to five days to hear back. As a paying customer, I'm not sure what's going on with customer support, but something needs to be done quickly. The foundation of a successful business is prompt, effective, and superior customer service; without it, the business would fail.

Yes, do it!
Yes, I sent a tiny sum of money the first time because I was wary. Remitly was excellent at providing updates, and everything went smoothly. In comparison to other options, this is my "go to" method of transferring money as needed for monthly expenses, and the price is very low.

Fun Workout
It's so much fun, and the owner is fantastic with communication. The classes are fun and provide a good workout. I've lost 5 pounds and gained a significant amount of muscle mass/tone just after one month. The people here are the best, very welcoming to all.

Highlights for dinner at this restaurant
It was the only one out of the five places I called on a Saturday at 7 pm that could seat our party of 15. Despite being a prominent place, everything looked clean and in order. We were sitting in a great location where we could enjoy the company and watch some sports. The cocktails and wine, as well as the entrees, were all delicious, and it's rare to find a place that can cook a variety of meals at the same high level. It was a bit pricier than other restaurants in the area, however, it's commensurate with the food and ambiance. We did notice a slight lack of attentiveness/eagerness initially when we were ready to place our order. Hence, one star less

Always Great
Jimmy John's has been my favorite since college. It has the most consistent food. We stopped after a busy shopping day at the store. They were so swift, I had my sandwich in my hand when I went for payment. The tables and bathrooms were very clean. We felt that this one was exceptionally well-run. Would definitely be regulars if we lived closer!

They are uptight with refunds and not keen to help customers
They are unreliable and dishonest. I asked for a refund after placing an order for twelve marshmallow toppings for specific reasons. They said they would take 15% as a refund fee, but they never supplied return labels. They refused to give me a refund after I returned the items, saying they weren't in their original condition, which was a completely untrue assertion. I also sent them pictures that I had taken. They have now retained both my money and my belongings. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them till they return my stuff or execute my refund.

Not as expected
I got a sample of this mascara, and I had high hopes. It’s not that great. The formula is creamy but tends to clump in the tube and needs to be wiped off before application. The brush shape can make application challenging. As for wear, it has a slightly clumpy appearance and can transfer easily.

I ordered the 72-Hour Merino Pant – HB Athletic Tapered in two colors, but one pair arrived in the wrong size. The Huckberry team immediately stepped in to fix the issue and expedited the correct pair, which came just in time for my trip. Great pants and excellent service!

I always had a great experience with Curology. They have prescribed me some of the best formulas to help with my acne and inflammation. The customer service team was very helpful and open to hearing about my concern with my package delivery and fixing the problem right away.

Burned Super Fan
I became a huge fan right away. The world's most cozy socks. I shared the comfort and lifetime warranty with all of my friends. I then have a ripped sock. You have to cover the cost of returning the sock when I use the warranty. So, in order to receive the $20 sock warranty, I will have to spend $15 to return a sock? This guarantee is fraudulent! You're saving five dollars. I feel so deceived. I understand that you need a mechanism to make sure individuals are being honest, but please ask them to submit pictures or videos. Your guarantee is no longer very helpful if we have to cover 75% of the shipping charges.
