Bookshelf Nightmare
I ordered a shelf from them, but it arrived two weeks late and was damaged. I bent the components back into shape and put them in a low-traffic part of the house. There were no product discounts or shipment concerns, with the exception of a courier refund. I received replacement parts around two months later. More than 6 months after the parts arrived, I received an email in my spam folder stating that if I did not return the original damaged parts, I would be charged $485 plus tax for them. I was charged $519.28, and DWR would not reverse it until I returned the defective components. Nearly 36 hours later, I haven’t received a resolution and am still having to follow up with the customer service team. Can’t recommend strongly enough to avoid this company.

Stopped working
It failed in less than six months of regular, attentive use. Selling a product that breaks so rapidly comes across as irresponsible, at best, and drastically damages trust in your company.

Completely incompetent
How can a company like ADP stay in business? They prevent people from accessing their tax information if they are no longer an employee of their client. The useless automated system even claims that they do not offer human service, thus nothing can be resolved with it.

I purchased two covers for Mitutoyo calipers. This was my second trial after Grainger screw me up a few years ago. Today's attempt was the same - the item was incorrect and definitely not a Mitutoyo one, but from other sources, because no labels are seen

I flew with Scoot for the first time
I flew with Scoot for the first time from Vienna to Bali. It was a pleasant surprise. It’s a low-cost airline, so you have to pay extra for everything, but the tickets were really cheap. My only complaint is about the food on the return flight, which was really terrible. Do not try Ginger Chicken with rice.

I love splendid spoon so much
Aside from the delectable meals, my favorite aspect of this service is that everything is plant-based. There aren't many vegan alternatives on the food delivery services I've used. The cuisine is excellent as well. I can tell that the soup recipes have improved because I was a subscriber for a few years. They've always been good, but now they're amazing!

Grate Time At Dead Rabbit
It is a beautiful bar and a restaurant. It offers a great atmosphere, and the people are kind here. We loved smashed burgers and meat sandwiches here. Will definitely visit many times more.

This app is a scam, do not pay for membership, and do a background check on them. You will not receive any job offers, and their subscription is recurring and non-refundable. They do not have a customer support number to call and explain the matter. It is a fraud; save your money. Do not purchase or install this program. It's a waste of time and money!

Terrible
Thrustmaster has terrible customer service. If you have an issue, they will make you go through hell to get any service done! I ordered the new Raceline pedals load cell upgrade kit, & the brake pedal works, but it won't recognise the gas & clutch pedals' inputs at all. I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to get help or a refund, & they are making everything very difficult. Also, I had a disconnection issue with my wheelbase! Don't buy their products.

I had an excellent experience with KiwiCo customer support. They responded swiftly, thoroughly addressed all of my issues, and made the contact feel personal rather than generic. Most importantly, they resolved my problem without any difficulty. I was very pleased with the ease of the process and the outstanding customer service they gave.

Waiting for my refund
I've been waiting for my refund for 45 days, and it's been a really unpleasant situation. Every time I contact customer service, I am promised that my refund will be handled within 24 to 48 hours. However, this has been repeated several times with no actual resolution, and I have yet to get my money. Stop misleading clients with false promises and delays, and accept responsibility for correcting this issue right away.
