I became a huge fan right away. The world's most cozy socks. I shared the comfort and lifetime warranty with all of my friends. I then have a ripped sock. You have to cover the cost of returning the sock when I use the warranty. So, in order to receive the $20 sock warranty, I will have to spend $15 to return a sock? This guarantee is fraudulent! You're saving five dollars. I feel so deceived. I understand that you need a mechanism to make sure individuals are being honest, but please ask them to submit pictures or videos. Your guarantee is no longer very helpful if we have to cover 75% of the shipping charges.

I purchased a pair of pajamas at full price. We pulled off the tags and discovered a huge tear in the pants' seam. I contacted the company to see how they could help. They provided me with a 20 percent discount. While I appreciate it, I was unhappy that such a large firm would not reimburse me in full, let alone 50%, for a broken product. I would not buy any of their things at full price.

First, the delivery was a mess, and then the customer service experience was even worse. It took two weeks just to receive a small, inexpensive item. On top of that, I was charged a $100 ‘white glove’ delivery fee, yet the item didn’t arrive on the first scheduled date, and on the second, there was no assembly or packaging removal. Absolutely unbelievable—I’ve never had such a terrible experience.

I purchased two pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses, one costing around $400. A few months later, one pair slipped off my face and the lens broke, while the other only had a small scratch. When I sent them in for repair, the company informed me that both styles had been discontinued and couldn’t be fixed—which was disappointing but understandable. What really upset me, though, was that they didn’t return my sunglasses. Instead, they kept them, leaving me out more than $500 with nothing to show for it.

I took the kids to the Jelly Belly Visitor Center in Fairfield, and they had an absolute blast. The factory floor is fascinating to watch from the raised catwalk, and the moving conveyor belts and robotic arms kept them entertained the entire time. The admission is very reasonable—about $8 for adults and $4 for kids—and parking is free, easy to find, and even has space for RVs and buses. The self-guided tour lets you go at your own pace, and they hand you a small sample pack at the start (though you’re supposed to save it until the end).

They are unreliable and dishonest. I asked for a refund after placing an order for twelve marshmallow toppings for specific reasons. They said they would take 15% as a refund fee, but they never supplied return labels. They refused to give me a refund after I returned the items, saying they weren't in their original condition, which was a completely untrue assertion. I also sent them pictures that I had taken. They have now retained both my money and my belongings. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them till they return my stuff or execute my refund.

A beautiful campus with small class sizes and unlimited possibilities for human knowledge. I am beyond thrilled that my daughter is a student at the California Institute of Technology. This is her first year, and I can't say enough good things about this school. Besides having top-notch education in mechanical engineering and research, the campus does a fantastic job of keeping families involved and also making the students feel at home. Lastly, I also love that they invited the families on campus the first week of school. What an amazing institute all around.
