Really bad home internet network

This is the worst home internet equipment I've ever used. If Eero left my printer connected, the system would be fine, but I've given up trying to connect my printer because it will be away for a few days and then migrate to an access point much further away, causing the printer connection to drop due to a poor signal. Very irritating eero equipment.

Not the best venue but staff and treatment excellent

For my sister and me, I purchased the spa day coupon. The staff was very warm, helpful, and offered excellent service. Both the therapists and the treatment were excellent. The hotel and recreational areas looked worn out, and the swimming pool was crowded with kids, so it wasn't the spa experience we were hoping for. The staff was friendly and competent, despite the absence of spa-like amenities.

Horrible

Horrible! Don’t use them! Once they have control of your systems, you can’t get anyone else to fix problems. For example, I have a light switch that falls apart. I can’t get an electrician to fix the problem. I have to pay Texadia $1800 per trip. Don’t waste your money! It’s a proprietary system that handcuffs you to their expensive contractors.

Purchased aim boost kit

I purchased an Aim Boost kit. Its thumbsticks work brilliantly, allowing for increased sensitivity in recoil control, which is particularly beneficial in competitive gaming. Therefore, I will personally continue using this brand. Received faulty lights; however, the customer service responded quickly and dispatched replacements immediately. Helpful and good customer service overall.

Disrespectful and Unhelpful Experience with McGuireWoods

When I called McGuireWoods to ask if they could help with my legal issue, the lawyer rudely cut me off mid-sentence and abruptly said they don’t handle those types of cases. There was no attempt to listen or guide me further. In contrast, another firm—Mering & Shultz—couldn’t take my case either but still offered helpful advice on where to turn. McGuireWoods showed no professionalism or courtesy, and the experience left a very negative impression. Based on this encounter, I would not recommend using McGuireWoods. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking basic client respect.

Don’t use their baby monitors

We've been using the Leapfrog baby monitor, which links to an app on your phone. After almost three months of use, I have never had a worse experience! Now, the camera simply stops functioning, and the light goes out. These days, we have to reconnect it every other day, which is such a drawn-out procedure. Since it was operating well for the first month, we were going to invest more, but to be honest, I think we're just going to switch to a completely different firm, probably V-tech. We've been using Leapfrog for years, and while they make excellent learning and play items for kids, we would never suggest their monitors.

Fantastic Customer Service

I've shopped in a few REIs but received the best customer service at the Keizer/Salem, Oregon REI. She listened to what I needed, took me to the backpack fitting area, and spent a good 45 minutes explaining everything I needed to know about purchasing a good day pack. I bought one on sale, she fitted it to me, she showed me how to pack it, and she never tried to oversell.

Account renewel

I received an invitation to call or visit my account, along with a reminder for my AXA renewal. I checked my account because I do everything online, and it said I would be renewed automatically. Nevertheless, I later got a second email informing me that my coverage had ended. When I called to voice my complaints, I received nothing at all—not even an apology. Because of the urgency, I chose to get a new policy; otherwise, things would have turned out quite differently.

Problems with customer service

I tried to return an item, but they resent it to me instead. So I returned it and haven’t heard from them since. It’s now been five weeks, and services are no longer responding to my emails. It has been more than two months since I first attempted to return the item, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Zero Problems

I have been using Fidelity for 29 years now, with multiple account types, and started with a retirement account. Made a withdrawal for home purchase, corrected a contribution one year when income was higher than expected, rolled in a 401 k, and opened a trust account. They helped with every step. I've had zero problems.

Not too happy with the service.

Well, I placed my first Amazon Fresh order today. I was really delighted to receive the products I had ordered. The prices appeared extremely good, but then my order arrived. My lettuce had a frozen water bottle on it, ruining half of the salad bag. Even worse, just six of the twelve products were delivered. Amazon refunded the missing products, not the salad bag. I also had to travel to the store to get the missing items. Not very pleased with the service. Too bad!
