Exemplary above-and-beyond service
We felt prompted to write a review after receiving exceptional, above-and-beyond care following a problem with our UPPAbaby stroller. Our support email was addressed and fixed the same day, and spare parts were shipped just three days later. The stroller has served us well over the last four years and is one we recommend to anyone who wants something with plenty of space underneath for carrying items.

Gives you false hope
The customer service related to my order was excellent, and my questions were answered promptly. I was informed that the nursery pots I purchased were backordered and will become available for shipment at the beginning of August. I've just checked my PayPal account and noticed that I've received a refund. Guys, if you don’t have all the items in stock in your warehouses, why are you wasting people’s time? And giving us the false hope that our patience will pay off, and we will eventually get our purchased items. It’s not a good way to do business.

Incredible place for our kid
We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have had our daughter attend Apple Tree for a brief but significant six-month period before we relocated from San Francisco. It was, without a question, one of the best choices we made for her early development and happiness. They went out of their way to make our daughter feel at ease during her transition to daycare, even bringing her favorite toys (baby dolls) to her at drop-off to help her relax. By the third day, she was no longer crying at drop-off and had started looking forward to school. She frequently talks about her wonderful teachers and the friends she gained in her classroom.

Go elsewhere!
I spent $15,000 on furniture and lighting. Furniture has completely fallen apart. Cannot leave a review on their website under the products, which seems shady. We have six dining chairs that are so uncomfortable and are literally falling apart at the joints. All furniture in the final sale is garbage. Lighting has been great.

Always good experiences
I've been a long-time customer of Primary and have ordered close to a dozen times. The shipping isn't as fast as I'd like, but otherwise the experience is always great. We love their colorful products, particularly given that so many other brands do more of the "sad beige" aesthetic that has been popular in recent years.

Resolved with thanks
Cancelling a subscription on Masterclass is tricky. The ‘cancel subscription’ button on the app repetitively failed, so I emailed customer services in advance of my renewal date, clearly asking to cancel and not to take payment. Earlier, despite this, a full year’s subscription was withdrawn. But later, the Masterclass service team resolved this and fully refunded me.

I'm very happy with my experience with YogaRenew. The course material is very thorough, and the live calls are frequent and easy to attend. I absolutely loved that I could take the course at my own pace. I would recommend it for sure!

Not very comfy
After a year of use, I can say this couch hasn’t held up well. The seat foam quickly developed dents in the spots we sit most often, and the only back support comes from the pillows, which flatten and lose shape with regular use. Overall, it’s not comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Disappointing Experience at PetParadise
My experience with PetParadise was very frustrating. After waiting weeks for a response, I still didn’t receive any helpful follow-up. My pet’s booking was mishandled, and unexpected service fees showed up at checkout. The poor communication and lack of clarity left me feeling misled and ignored.
