Beware of the Shinola Outlet
I purchased a Detroit watch from Shinola through their outlet section on their website. My order was confirmed, payment was accepted, and I received the outlet discount. A few days later, my order was cancelled, and they said that its listing was a mistake. And the watch needs to be purchased at full price. No alternative solution or discount was offered. This was clearly Shinola’s error, yet I was left with nothing but a refund and a ruined gift plan. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Shinola based on this experience.

Not worth the aggravation
Paychex double-billed some of my benefits out of my paycheck for a year, and no one would return my calls or answer any concerns regarding getting that money back. You can expect lies and shifted calls after they have your money. Best of luck with it!

Dont trust them with your careers, unprofessional.
I am forced to give 1 star, they don't even deserve this. I enrolled in CollegeDekhos' German program. During enrollment, they assured a job placement in Germany within one year. However, despite the passing of the deadline, no placement or actual progress has been made. The entire fee has already been collected, but the services provided have been quite disappointing, with the staff acting in a highly unprofessional manner. They failed to return calls and texts and delivered imprecise and unconvincing excuses when contacted again.

Loved the tiles.
I love the look of this Ocean Blue. It will be nice in the future if I need to fix a spot, as I can remove one carpet tile and replace the damaged area as needed. Made sure I have plenty of extra tiles to replace any damaged ones. Gave the bedrooms an executive look and feel them.

Colourstay 813
I used Revlon Colorstay 813 on my blonde hair with grey roots. I was very happy with the coverage and multiple tones it left in my hair. It appears very natural. I first coated my roots for 25 minutes, then covered the entire area and kept it on for 10 minutes. I highly recommend it.

Bad product
I was told it came with a lifetime warranty, but my gold earring, out of the two, turned silver - not good! I need it replaced. Nobody has called me as yet.

Outstanding Company
I ordered several items from Summit Racing, and each was mailed and delivered to my home within two days. I purchased a torque converter that did not fit between an LQ4 and a 4L80E transmission. So I called customer service, and within 15 minutes, they assisted me in obtaining the correct TC, refunding me, and sending the replacement TC out the same day, despite the fact that my incorrect TC was not even close to being ready for return. 110% client service. 150% customer support in finding the proper parts.

Such a fun place!
I have done a "paint and sip" at other places, but the vibe here was very welcoming and fun! The wine was excellent, and the instructor and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Happy to have some Halloween artwork to add to my home decor, too! This is a great place for solo travelers, groups, or couples celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to spend a few hours expressing their creativity!

My wife and I travelled back from London to Buenos Aires via Madrid. Though the long-haul part was rather cramped and I found the seat uncomfortable, all flights departed and arrived on time. On the flight, meals were delicious, and the cabin crew were invaluable.

Very Dissatisfied
Ordered a replacement EGR Valve and wiring clip with shipping insurance. It was delivered to the completely wrong address across town. Called Parts Geek; struggled to get "Martin" to understand that I never received the part. Once that was finally understood, it then became a volleyball game of Parts Geek and Extend passing me back and forth, with neither company willing to make things right. Finally raised enough of a ruckus to get passed to a supervisor who refused to answer the phone, and STILL has not contacted me via email or phone. For such a highly rated company, this entire interaction has been pathetic.

Wonderfull experience
We stayed at The Foothills Motel in Auburn for three days during the Fourth of July vacation in 2025. We decided to go white-water rafting on the American River. My spouse and I spent an incredible six hours on the river with Oars. The crew was amusing, courteous, and friendly. Our guide had extensive knowledge about the river and rafting. In addition to offering a thrilling and safe experience, she was an excellent conversationalist with in-depth knowledge of the river's vegetation and fauna. She also related pertinent historical tales from the region's mining era. We are eager to plan another vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Instagram account is super friendly
The Instagram account is very approachable and effectively promotes engagement. When I first tried it on, scrubs were incredibly comfortable, and the waistband is by far the most comfortable and attractive!
