After spending more than $25,000
I'm dissatisfied with this equipment after investing over $25,000. At first, it worked well for a few prints, but it has since proven difficult and inconsistent to produce high-quality output. There has been minimal customer service. They typically recommend purchasing additional of their pricey replacement parts, including resin tanks, rather than resolving the issues. Formlabs locks you into its ecosystem, and its resins are costly. You are unable to employ inexpensive third-party substitutes. Even worse, the resin usage predictions provided by their program are wholly unreliable. You receive two sections at most if it states that one liter will print five.

Disappointing value and frustrating service hurdles
I was disappointed with my recent stay at The STRAT. While the room was clean and the maintenance staff was responsive, the overall value proposition is lacking. The property charges a $49.95 daily resort fee, but the tangible amenities provided do not justify the cost. The fee covers the pool and weight room, but the internet is incredibly slow—essentially hidden behind a paywall if you need functional speeds. In 2026, charging extra for reasonable Wi-Fi on top of a resort fee feels outdated.

Beware they charge $8 per return
Even if you want to return many products on a single mailing label, be aware that they charge $8 for each return. Additionally, they accept orders and frequently switch from available to later dates. You may have to wait months for things that are paid for in advance before they are shipped. Their quality varies greatly, and their customer service is appalling. Low cost to high quality. Additionally, if you purchase for a party within a week, it won't arrive in time because their delivery is as slow as molasses.

Great Avisors
Recently, I was conversing with a bunch of young, clearly accomplished individuals. I was asked to share my one most crucial piece of financial advice. I said, "Hire a great fee-only financial advisor," without giving it any thought. Every member of my family has really benefited from the one I have. Naturally, I was referring to my Plancorp advisor. I continued by saying that a great advisor does much more than just oversee my investments. He is my financial quarterback, in my opinion. To be honest, it looks like my advisor only wants to make my life easy.

Terrible cusstomer sservice
TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased two beds with pillow boards and nightstands, and later mistakenly ordered two bolsters for the pillow boards in the wrong color. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the bolsters were on sale and therefore non-returnable. At no point did the product page state these were final sale items. Because of this poor experience, I’ve decided not to purchase the dressers I had planned.

Great platform
They are pretty stable and flexible. You can trust them. The only issue is that their UI is sometimes very slow. The column settings are often lost and reset to defaults. The web UI is quite irritating.

Definitely recommend
My dog loves it here, and so do I. Having to drive 1.5 hours to work and back every day, and having her here while I'm working, makes my life so much easier. They take such great care of her, and the option always to get a bath or grooming done while she's there is a lifesaver for both of us.

Disappointing and irritating
I have been trying to transfer an inherited account out of Vanguard for the past six months. Now I also need specific account balances from them for legal purposes, and I’ve spent countless hours on hold, but nothing has been accomplished. Nothing seems to be working or happening anytime soon.

Very confusing
The instructions given were very confusing and looked like they were made in 1980. They placed my daughter in fourth grade level because of confusing instructions, even though she is on a sixth-grade learning level.

Will be my last GM
Since the Cadillac Optic Sports is an electric vehicle, I was unsure of its performance throughout my brief two-year lease. The car has been causing me issues for the past nine months. The myCadillac app stopped working. Google GPS isn't functioning. A few further functionalities are likewise unusable. I contacted OnStar multiple times, and each time, they made me repeat the same exercise while sitting in my car. My car has been in the Cadillac dealership for the last three days, but it hasn't been fixed because the module isn't available. It is really annoying. I made the proper choice by renting for just two years. I'm going to buy a non-GM car next.
