Cancelled reservation
I received a confirmation shortly after making a reservation for a lovely-looking cottage in Big Sky for a family holiday in March. After 10 individuals had made reservations for flights, we were notified two weeks later that they had "identified an incorrect rate on the listing for this home" and that the reservation was being canceled and refunded. Additionally, the Wander website said that cancellations were free through February at the time of booking. This was contradicted by the confirmation, which said that returns were not permitted at all.

Lack of accountability
There were errors in the automated code, and they wanted to bill us for fixing them. We've had a few in the past, but the most recent one forced us out. Changed the system to reflect the employee's tax location as MD rather than TX, and when they began withholding in VA while the system indicated the tax location was TX, the reaction was that we should be aware that the tax location was not TX, despite what the system represented.

Customer Service: Quick and Supportive!
After accidentally placing an incorrect order, Customer Service was able to quickly correct my mistake and offer me a quick refund so that I could then purchase what I had wanted initially. The cs agent was very supportive and kind. Nothing but a positive and great experience!

I ordered multiple times and received broken stuff, and they were always correct and refunded me, but the last time they didn't, they wanted to provide me documentation for a free return! They implied I was making things up and said they had frequently refunded me! I begged them to pay attention both during and after the purchase! Obviously, they send defective products to some markets! It was an unpleasant experience, and Bulvalno sent me something I couldn't wear!

False advertising
Please be aware that when you purchase the Insider Membership, and it is stated on their website in several places that 'Free shipping on every order,' this is a false statement. When I called customer service and asked why I was being charged shipping, I was then told that it excludes Yellow tag items. Nowhere on their website does it mention that fact. I wish I had known that fact before I joined.

Account renewel
I received an invitation to call or visit my account, along with a reminder for my AXA renewal. I checked my account because I do everything online, and it said I would be renewed automatically. Nevertheless, I later got a second email informing me that my coverage had ended. When I called to voice my complaints, I received nothing at all—not even an apology. Because of the urgency, I chose to get a new policy; otherwise, things would have turned out quite differently.
