A totally frustrated paid subscriber
For years, I have been a paying subscriber. My go-to resource for fund purchasing has been their fund analysis. The company's website is the issue. Its portfolio manager is broken more than half the time I try to use it, which makes it quite annoying to use. It trails the market by many minutes, sometimes even hours. In essence, it is worthless. To view my portfolio during the day and my Microsoft portfolio at the end of the day, I had to use different programs! I've been giving them feedback, but I haven't heard anything. I visited their website today, which is Sunday. You know what? The Microsoft Portfolio is unavailable! That is the last straw for me. I'm going to cancel.

Love the product, customer care not so much
Love the product. Hate their customer service and their IT systems. Bought a Kaufman couch in a custom color from the Ardmore, PA location. The delivery was initially scheduled for November-December, but I received a call stating that it had been rescheduled—no emails or texts from West Elm. I called customer care and got dropped. I called the store, and they instructed me to disregard the issue and that the couch is currently backordered. They refused to do any further investigation! Luckily, I cancelled my travel and decided to wait for the sofa.

Loved It!
Despite being active and 72 years old, I had never taken a bike holiday. The Chesapeake Bay Area was the focus of this six-day biking tour. Twenty people, mostly elders. Many people who had gone on several bike rides and were coming back to VBT again said it was the best. Our two guides were incredibly kind and accommodating. They genuinely loved making sure everyone had a great time. Every choice they offered us each day was fantastic. Rides included charming East Coast cities, paved, low-traffic rural roads, historical sites, regional art and history, and, of course, the stunning Chesapeake Bay! I'm eager to arrange another vacation with them!

Useless Customer Service
The first time I used this service, the shipping label was incorrect, but a corrected one was issued immediately after, which I liked. Unfortunately, the second time, we received an inaccurate mailing label. This time, I had to resubmit the same information multiple times, repeating myself and including the entire previous email thread. Despite this, I have been ignored for days on end, just to be asked the same questions again. It's been 10 days since I sent the information AGAIN, and I've received no response. It's absolutely insane to deal with this kind of customer service! It had been a month of back-and-forth, with no end in sight.

Saved my Mom's life!
LifeFone's daily phone wellness check service saved my mother's life. She caught an infection and became weak/delirious, and as a result, she was stuck on the floor for 10 hours -she didn't fall, so the fall sensor didn't go off, and her delirium prevented her from pressing the assistance button. After we failed to answer the daily wellness check call, LifeFone called us and dispatched EMS. My mother lives alone, so otherwise, she would have been trapped on the floor for days and died. I'm very glad we spent the extra $19/month for these daily wellness check calls.

Used to vouch for them as a sitter
I used to recommend them as a sitter, but these days they've evolved into other apps that let parents harass the sitters. Sitters are not permitted to bargain or have any influence on payments; otherwise, you risk issues. The problem is that nobody complies with your demands. In accordance with your terms, I ought to have reported each and every parent on your platform. Instead, you concealed my profile to please a parent.

Overall harvest host
I love the ease of using the app. Our hosts have overall been fantastic. We travel full-time, so this is an excellent way for us to support the communities we visit while also fulfilling our stay requirements. There is also great communication.

The company was easy to deal with and demonstrated a genuine interest in your business. Everyone from the company I dealt with and the crew was very professional. They cleaned up the job site, re-shingled a 2,600 sq. ft. roof in one day, and left the work site clean. It seemed like magic.

GAF not Honoring and Enforcing GAF Warranty
GAF and Fairclaims have failed to honor the GAF warranty, and GAF has allowed Fairclaims to remain a Master Elite contractor with the poor-quality workmanship seen in the photos. Fairclaims installed my roof in the exact opposite way GAF states a roof should be installed!

would not recommend
Until this company makes things right, I cannot recommend them. The couch arrived wrinkled, lopsided, and completely out of proportion compared to the photos shown online. When I requested a refund and return, they tried to claim it was a final sale item. In reality, this is a manufacturer's quality control issue that they need to take responsibility for.
