Lost shipment
My shipment was lost, and dealing with customer service was incredibly frustrating. It took them a full month to finally admit the package was missing. At first, they offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping, but then withdrew that promise. I’m still waiting for my refund.

I contacted Dr. Andrews for a consult about my little one, I can honestly say, she's been absolutely fantastic! Dr. Andrews is professional, warm, down to earth, and honest. She responded almost immediately to my inquiry and she's been so helpful with recommendations and check ins. I'm in the field myself and it's wonderful to find someone who really cares about her patient's and works so hard tailor a treatment that works for each individual, especially someone you are trusting with your kids!

Wonderfull experience
We stayed at The Foothills Motel in Auburn for three days during the Fourth of July vacation in 2025. We decided to go white-water rafting on the American River. My spouse and I spent an incredible six hours on the river with Oars. The crew was amusing, courteous, and friendly. Our guide had extensive knowledge about the river and rafting. In addition to offering a thrilling and safe experience, she was an excellent conversationalist with in-depth knowledge of the river's vegetation and fauna. She also related pertinent historical tales from the region's mining era. We are eager to plan another vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fake offer!!
I purchased on December 1st for Cyber Monday. It's now December 10th, and my order hasn't been shipped. I've been speaking with customer service for nine days, and they haven't provided me with a solution. This makes me think that because the items were reduced to very low prices, they didn't want to ship them due to the low price. It's disappointing. I canceled the order. What a shame, they lost a customer.

Great experience!
Fantastic experience! The shrines were magnificent. The programs I had the opportunity to attend for the first time during the weekend were entertaining and educational. The scene is serene and stunning. The room was tidy and cozy. The food was tasty and nutritious. I will definitely return, and I heartily encourage a visit!

Field Roast is perfect
Field roast is one of my favorite vegan foods. Even my omnivorous friends and family adore their sausages because they are so flavorful, especially the regular and morning varieties. My method is to pulse them in a tiny blender to get nicely textured crumbles, which I use in everything from spaghetti to tofu scrambles to filled pastries. It's a simple technique that adds depth and richness to any dish. Without sacrificing ingredients or morality, Field Roast has perfectly captured that savory, fulfilling flavor.

Excellent quality products.
Moon Juice has a huge collection of interesting ingredients to add to your smoothies. If you like trying adaptogens to boost your mood, they've got you. Their Magnesi-OM magnesium powder is awesome. I have never tried a better magnesium supplement than that. Their SuperYou supplements made a noticeable difference in my mood when I took them consistently. Although the brand offers high-quality products, the prices are quite steep.

Quality is nice, Shipping can take WEEKS!
Brooklinen sheets have a really nice texture and quality. We have been ordering their sateen sheets and more from them for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, their shipping is a hit or miss. I had once received my pillowcase in 2 days, but the sheets took 2 weeks! I've seen orders languish for almost five business days before they are even shipped. No wonder it takes so long.

Great overall service
We spent hours with Eric, and he was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me through my choices and placing my order. I ended up purchasing the James 3-seater 104” sofa and an ottoman — both are perfect, and I couldn’t be happier! Bonus: the cats haven’t been able to claw them!

2 Star for price only
My dog has been boarded there and does daycare, but unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another one. The staff are lovely, and it's affordable enough, but I don't want to come home from a long work day and have to bathe my dog every single time because he smells bad. The other thing is, he comes home and is clearly dehydrated, like pulling me desperately to his water bowl. I've notified this, but it is still not taken care of. I'd rather pay more for better because my dog deserves it. 2 stars for price.
