Opulent Weekend Stay
As always, we had a great time at the SoHo Grand. The amenities on site, the location, and the accommodations were all excellent. However, the actual pleasure of the trip was the staff. Loni made us feel welcome right away and treated my wife and me like VIPs. Bryson also offered complimentary prosecco and cookies, which was a nice touch. We will continue to return every time we visit the city. Excellent job attracting and retaining top performers!

Very reasonable
I have nothing but positive things to say about this business. From the start, their honesty was clear. There was no pressure or upselling, simply clear explanations and reasonable prices. The technicians patiently addressed all of my inquiries and were quite knowledgeable. The quality is excellent, and the repair work was finished faster than anticipated. At no additional cost, they even examined other areas of the roof to ensure that everything was correctly sealed. Such integrity is uncommon in our field. Without a doubt, I'll use them again if I ever need roofing.

Unfair
I ordered six handled hot/cold mugs in two different sizes from them. They work fine, but it wasn't clear that left-handed would cost extra. Also, I had to place a second order for left-handed lids, which caused extra expenses. I asked to be removed from their email list, but I still get offers. Absolutely irritating.

Beware of the Shinola Outlet
I purchased a Detroit watch from Shinola through their outlet section on their website. My order was confirmed, payment was accepted, and I received the outlet discount. A few days later, my order was cancelled, and they said that its listing was a mistake. And the watch needs to be purchased at full price. No alternative solution or discount was offered. This was clearly Shinola’s error, yet I was left with nothing but a refund and a ruined gift plan. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Shinola based on this experience.

A mess of an experience, avoid at all costs.
All emails to employees are sent from an external domain, app.bamboohr.com, so all employees are aware that the communication came from an external domain, which causes complacency. As a result, we had successful phishing attacks against our organization via bogus Bamboohr emails. Also, the product is quite unintuitive and complicated. ADFS logins consistently fail on the first try. Extensions appear in a narrow frame, and some are unreadable.

Customer service non existent
Customer service is nonexistent. I had seen a few toys from this brand that I would like for my son, and was very excited when we won an Instagram giveaway before Christmas 2025, but after several attempts to contact the company, I was unable to claim the prize, which has put me off spending any money with the company because it demonstrates that their customer service is very poor.

There is no 'Delete account' option
Do not waste your time here. I was offered a 25€ gift card for a review, but after going through all the hoops, Gartner declined the offer. To make matters worse, you are unable to remove your own account. I had to write several emails, and they say the deleting "process" takes 2-3 weeks. This amount of friction for a basic data request is unacceptable. Very unprofessional and shady.

Great services at a good coast.
I have purchased many pieces of furniture from here. This time I bought two sets of sofas. One for my living room and one for the family room. The salesperson helped us and took his time to give and suggest what we wanted. The price that he gave us was phenomenal. On the delivery day, he took my old sofas away without charging extra. I would definitely come back and highly recommend shopping at Century Furniture.

Scammed
I'm very unhappy with the support from the counselors and mentors. I called and emailed many times, but no one replied. I want to cancel my course, but still haven’t heard back. They made false promises at the beginning. No one has called me about mentorship, study plans, or anything else. It feels like they only care about making money. I feel scammed and regret joining. I’m paying for my mistake.

My journey to Costa Rica was an amazing adventure. There were many chances for me to broaden my horizons and experience new things. I had a life-changing encounter with zip-lining. Whoa!
