They hire the worst drivers possible
They choose the worst drivers for their jobs. On a few occasions, they dropped orders as they were being delivered, leaving food all over the box. Their driver simply canceled the order today without any explanation and accused the restaurant. Customer service is just worthless.

Complaint about oil change service
I went to the Palm Springs location ( 1763 S Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL 33406) today for an oil change, and because they were rushing, they were servicing four cars at the same time. The wait was much longer than expected, and they did not properly secure the cap.

Customer service deserves a ten.
Customer service deserves a ten. I was standing hungry near the window, hoping they would be open. They were kind to open it early as they saw me standing there. I appreciate such a kind gesture, and I was greeted with smiles and pleasantness. Ordered the caramel, pecan cinnamon roll, and a mocha chill. Each bite was a sweet treat, and every sip was a perfect blend.

Customer Satisfaction
Well, I'm not a computer geek, but my six-year-old is. We enjoy the Razer Blackwindow V-4 Pro. When I spoke with the service department, they were extremely professional and informed. Answered all of my inquiries, and the company kept me updated on where the goods were once they left the postal service. As for everyone's efforts and the amount of planning that went into getting it to my door, I'm pleased with the overall process and see nothing wrong with my new RAZOR KEYBOARD A-4 PRO.

Poor Experience
I have had a poor recent experience with their customer service. I was charged sales tax on clothing, but I live in a state where clothing is exempt from tax. I repeatedly requested that they remove this charge, but Coyuchi took no action. It may seem like a minor issue, but I view this as a reflection of poor customer service on their part.

Lesson learned
I was simply given the key and told to "there ya go" when I arrived to retrieve the truck. I never had the opportunity to take images of the car while checking in on the app because they were already there. When I returned the car, I was informed of the location of a key box containing the vehicle key, but I was never given the opportunity to snap pictures. Two days later, Turo emailed me to say the car's damage had been reported by the company where I had taken it. My word is now at odds with theirs.

Underhanded or Incompetent, Avoid Regardless
I tried to buy four IronWolf Pro 20TBs at $379.99 per. I was notified via email four days later that my "order could not be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances." I asked for help. They suggested that I try placing another order, but they did not provide a reason or a solution. The current price of the drives is $419.99. I quickly deactivated my seagate.com account. I will never do business with this company again.

One big Scam!
They told me to purchase a new doorbell because my current one, with no subscription fee, stopped working. I went out and paid $180 for and Alarm.com (Skybell) camera and now that it's installed, they tell me i have to pay 20/month. Such a scam.

Worst experience I've ever had.
I drove four hours from out of town, spent my own money, and rescheduled my entire schedule just to be here, just to be turned away for something they couldn't verify and wouldn't explain clearly. There is no evidence or responsibility, only a vague reason and a cold rejection. To make matters worse, I wasn't compensated for screening. I squandered my time, money, and energy for nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the participants.
