Do NOT purchase from this company
Do not buy from this firm. They informed me in October that their car seat bases would be back in stock in December, but now they say they will never return. If I had known that, I would never have purchased the car seat. What kind of car seat brand does not even offer extra bases and then lies about it? I'm completely finished with them. Anyone contemplating purchasing this stuff should remain far away.

One of the finest store
The Bass Pro in Council Bluffs is the finest Bass Pro store I've ever visited. It has a vast collection and a well-maintained stock of merchandise. They had a large selection of options for ammo needed for the waterfowl trip that I was going on. The store is super Clean, well-organized, and has a very friendly staff.

I used to love Alex and Ani. I have several bracelets from years ago. I just purchased a bracelet and was highly disappointed. The quality has gone downhill. The bracelet looks and feels like cheap plastic. It is also smaller in size compared to my older bracelets.

Awful customer service
While I think their products are of good quality, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. We paid hundreds of dollars for a missing piece for our granddaughters at the grocery store for Christmas, but they were completely unhelpful and told us to send an email to see if they could help. In my opinion, this kind of criticism undermines their product. I shall no longer be buying their goods.

I loved this place!
The food and service were both excellent. I loved the burrito. There were numerous fall and seasonal coffees, as well as fun specials. The freshly squeezed strawberry OJ was awesome. The ambiance is lovely. Note that you can add yourself to the live wait list remotely on the website if you would like to reserve your spot ahead of time.

We are lifetime Away supporters.
We 100% do not understand the negative reviews on this platform. We have ordered 10-15 different items (luggage, accessories, etc.) and have been happy with all of them. However, the most positive aspect has been how they have handled the minor issues we have encountered. We travel internationally frequently and have experienced problems such as a zipper ripped off, a flaking spine, and a hub cap coming off, among others. In every case, they have gone far beyond standard service and warranty levels. Had an experience several years ago where they replaced the bag. Then, I had minor issues with two bags last week, and they handled it all again, far above expectations.

Waiting for my refund
I've been waiting for my refund for 45 days, and it's been a really unpleasant situation. Every time I contact customer service, I am promised that my refund will be handled within 24 to 48 hours. However, this has been repeated several times with no actual resolution, and I have yet to get my money. Stop misleading clients with false promises and delays, and accept responsibility for correcting this issue right away.
