OMG..unbelievable
OMG! Where should I start? First, their customer service is horrible. Long story short, they were supposed to send me a cheque. And I still haven't received the check after approximately two weeks. They refuse to suspend payments until tomorrow, mind you. If the check is cashed between now and then, they will not accept responsibility for it. I get it that it is my money, not theirs. So they don't care since they don't want to lose that money, but stopping payment a day earlier than what they intend to do is entirely wrong. And if that check is cashed by the time they stop paying, I won't leave quietly. Not only will I get myself a lawyer, but I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never deal with this company ever ever again!!

Recieved wrong items on part of order
I received the wrong items for part of the order. They want you to take pictures and email them to get items corrected. 4020 trays are not the heaviest-duty. I wouldn't recommend Megasore to anyone.

Awesome water adventure, fun for all
We had an awesome day on the Double Extreme rafting trip. Scott was fantastic, blending clear instruction, skilled navigation, local knowledge, and humor throughout the run. The Double Extreme really delivers in the smaller 12-foot raft. You feel every splash and wave head-on your body. It was the first Colorado rafting trip for some in our four-person group, and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this trip for anyone seeking a thrilling water experience.

Terrible customer service
My application has been sitting there for over two months and still has not been reviewed. Wait times on the phone are off the charts. Right now I've been holding for 2 hrs. and my Otezla Rx has been depleted for over one month, and my symptoms are returning.

Caribou Coffee offers excellent customer service and delicious drinks! The staff was very friendly when I called to check on an order through the app that hadn't arrived after an hour.

Udacity- My top choice for learning
I've tried various online platforms, but Udacity stands out since its activities are well-structured and easy to follow, even for complex topics. I loved how the classes were split into manageable chunks, with frequent tests to test my knowledge. The platform is clean, and the learning route is straightforward from start to finish.

Compassionate Excellence
Dr. Chinelo Udemgba Aguocha was excellent during my visit. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with care and clarity. I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of. The medical assistant who attended to me was also very kind and helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. I appreciate the quality of care I received and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Became black after six months
My "kid-proof, spill-proof, stain-proof performance fabric" became black after six months. There were never any spills. It was only caused by garment transfers and skin oils. Despite having the seats professionally cleaned three times, they were unable to make them better. When I called customer service, they refused to speak with me. When my designer contacted them, they essentially said that it wasn't their problem. Steer clear. The images below were taken six months after the purchase. Avoid squandering your funds.

Poor customer service experience
Poor customer service experience. Many of my questions and concerns were ignored, and despite the fact that this is a premium brand, they appear to be concerned with saving every penny, even at the expense/inconvenience of their customers. My bouncer replacement took more than two weeks to arrive, and the advisor was quite unhelpful. They had to wait till I dropped off my malfunctioning bouncer before dispatching.

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable
I am really unhappy with KinderCare's lack of professionalism and customer service. When I disenrolled one of my daughters from summer services back in May 2024, I was billed $690 for services I had chosen not to participate in. I am still awaiting the full amount as of January 2025, even though they repeatedly promised me that my refund was being processed.

Less than expert
I experienced the absolute worst quality of service with Davey Tree. Both the contractor and the leadership are categorically refusing to resolve the failure to meet the contract specifications. I've given up. I contracted a small, minority-owned tree service to complete the trimming.
