Extremely satisfied with their customer service and quality

For the past five years, I've been using a HyperX Cloud Alpha (gold) headset. They've held incredibly well - the build quality and sound are supreme, the microphone is top-notch too. After so much time, the soft earmuffs started to deteriorate, and I couldn't find exact replacements on my own, so I messaged the HyperX support in hopes of finding replacements. The support team not only sent me free new replacement earmuffs, but also sent me a complimentary new microphone for the headset, including free shipping - literally for free.

I ordered several items from Summit Racing, and each was mailed and delivered to my home within two days. I purchased a torque converter that did not fit between an LQ4 and a 4L80E transmission. So I called customer service, and within 15 minutes, they assisted me in obtaining the correct TC, refunding me, and sending the replacement TC out the same day, despite the fact that my incorrect TC was not even close to being ready for return. 110% client service. 150% customer support in finding the proper parts.

We booked flights for a wedding in Rome with ITA. A month later, we received an email notice that our flights had been cancelled and that we had been assigned random alternative dates, which did not align with the wedding. I would definitely not use this airline if you need to be somewhere on a set date.

I placed my order on October 2, 2025, but I have not received it yet. It was not the latest dropped item, but a pair of earrings. I sent an email to inquire about the item, and the response stated my order has been received and is being processed. After 20 days, I have not received an email confirmation on shipping or the product.

Really not happy with Apple

The customer service at the Apple Store is terrible. Every time you purchase an ad for a game, you are charged twice. Then, when you protest and request a refund, you are denied. I don't mind paying for add-ons, but I don't like being charged twice. Then Apple instructs you to contact the developer, who then informs you that Apple must issue the refund. Apple is a crook, and I wish I could sell my iPhone and buy another phone, but I have a spinal cord stimulator, and the program only works on iPhones. So I'm stuck.

Vintage watch returned to health

My 1970s Seiko Divers watch lost its day and date function after a professional changed the battery and resealed it. Although Seiko service does not typically handle vintage timepieces, they promised to try their best, and the watch is now completely operational and was swiftly returned.

Bad customer service

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with customer service. I waited two full days in the chat queue, only for the session to be closed after just three minutes. I reopened the ticket and waited another full day, but the chat was closed again because I wasn’t able to respond immediately. The only way to reach support is through a tiny chat box buried deep in an already difficult-to-navigate help page. All of this just to resolve an issue caused by their policy of permanently linking accounts—so if you linked something over a decade ago and can’t access your old email, you're simply out of luck.

In my 35 years of dealing with companies of all kinds, CH Robinson stands out as the least concerned with customer service. They show no urgency, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve issues. It’s as if they make plenty of money without needing their customers. Mistakes happen — I can accept that — but what I can’t accept is complete indifference toward fixing them.
