5-Star Review for Rivian Customer Service & Rivian Orlando
I recently bought a used Rivian R1S with about 11,000 miles on it. During the first month, I noticed a few minor cosmetic problems and a slight clicking sound at moderate speeds. The Rivian app made it easy for me to submit everything, but because it was more than 100 miles away, I was hesitant to book. I was shocked to receive a call from Rivian the very next Sunday. They reached out proactively, outside of regular business hours, just to help, and I was already impressed. I felt immediately at ease going forward when she promised me that they would make sure I had a loaner if they needed to hold my car.

Shipping is a nightmare
Shipping was a nightmare. Product was shipped incorrectly from seller. Took over a month and multiple emails to find out the issue. Seller response time lags and ignored requests to refund my money. Look elsewhere for like products.

I believe the practice of deducting the $ 4,000 tax credit from the advertised price to receive a "Great Price" rating is highly deceptive. How can you trust a dealer if they don't even advertise the real cost of the deal?

Poor quality
Pants are comfortable. I bought three pairs on May 8. Unfortunately, it’s been hot, so I haven’t worn them. On my second trip out of the country, the pants began pilling and had a snag on the pants' leg. I shared with Prana, who said that’s everyday wear. Buyer beware.

My hotel stay booked via American
My hotel stay, which I booked through American Express Travel, was a disaster, and the customer representative repeatedly informed me that online reservations are typically awful. I provided images, timestamps, and receipts when I reported it, but their customer service was like talking to a brick. Despite my dedication, there were pre-planned justifications and no assistance. Steer clear of Amex. The service is not improving, and the annual membership fee has increased by $75.

This company has gradually removed features from its customer software, seemingly to push users into paid subscriptions, despite this not being part of the original agreement. When issues arise, reaching customer service for assistance is nearly impossible. Overall, the business comes across as unreliable and untrustworthy.

Empty Promises, No Integrity
I would give this lawyer zero stars if I could. He bragged about his experience and promised to appear in court, but instead sent someone else—understandable in some cases, but he never followed up. After the initial court date, I called four times with no response. Weeks later, I left a message asking for a refund of my $2,500, and only then did he reply—to say "sorry, too bad." He never discussed my case, never provided any real help, and took my hard-earned money without doing the work. Completely unprofessional. Karma will surely catch up to him.
