After only one summer of normal wear
The sneakers are ripped and useless after just one summer of regular use. This degree of durability is intolerable and does not match the quality that "Polo Ralph Lauren" advertised or reasonably anticipated.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I've sought a replacement multiple times and have recently received suggestions on how to try to resolve the controller issue. It didn't work and kept restarting itself once we pulled it out of the package. Really poor quality for the price. Still haven't received an exchange. My son has just been dissatisfied with his birthday present. Avoid this store.

The app.makes setup so easy.
As an older single woman, I was concerned about my ability to set up my soundbar correctly on my own. However, the application provided good step-by-step directions. So it was really simple to set up. I've been quite pleased with its performance.

This place rocks!
I heard about Marcos via YouTube, so I went to try it. I am not a fan of any local pizza joints. But this place rocks! Toppings were amazing, the pizza crust was light and crispy, and the customer service was excellent! I will definitely return!!

Horrible customer service
Do not expect customer service when removing a deceased spouse. You must set up your own account without their assistance online. I feel sad for people who aren't computer savvy. Despite the fact that I was already on his account, it was not easy to remove. You need to create your own account. Who has ever heard of this? This was not necessary for any of my other retirement accounts.

Amazing!!
A massive thanks to EgyptAir! What excellent customer service, great value with extra luggage allowance, and amazing food quality, along with coffee, tea, and juice. The in-flight entertainment had a good selection of movie channels, and the staff were consistently helpful and well-mannered.

Hotel and Flight Combo
I used the website for my Goa vacation and booked both the hotel and flights together. It saved me from switching between different apps all night. The hotel photos matched the actual property pretty well, too, which was a pleasant surprise.

Absolutely Unacceptable
They keep on accusing my roommates and me of having an overdue balance, despite the fact that we have every proof of payment. They don't respond to our emails or phone calls, yet they continue to send us notifications about our "debt". Nobody helps, and even their VP isn't responding. Absolutely unacceptable and inhumane.

Unprofessional
When I met Ken Padowitz, I handed him a preliminary report from an audio forensic expert revealing issues in key evidence. Despite explaining its significance, Ken refused further investigation or communication with the expert. Over two years, he ignored my repeated requests and urged me to accept a plea. I ultimately hired new attorneys, the original expert, and a private investigator—actions Ken rejected. Without him, we proved 15 seconds were missing in the recording. The judge dismissed the felony. I received no jail, no probation, and a sealed record. Had I relied on Ken alone, I’d have a felony conviction.

Avoid them!
Avoid them unless you have an account here as a contractor. I received a quote for metal roofing and delivery when I contacted them. However, I was informed that I needed to come to the office to make the payment when I called again to arrange the purchase. I was told they couldn't assist me because I wanted metal. I finally got up with him because I thought he would respect the earlier comment, which was a terrible mistake. The material was 10% more expensive, and the delivery was three times more expensive when the invoice arrived.
