Became black after six months
My "kid-proof, spill-proof, stain-proof performance fabric" became black after six months. There were never any spills. It was only caused by garment transfers and skin oils. Despite having the seats professionally cleaned three times, they were unable to make them better. When I called customer service, they refused to speak with me. When my designer contacted them, they essentially said that it wasn't their problem. Steer clear. The images below were taken six months after the purchase. Avoid squandering your funds.

Poor customer service experience
Poor customer service experience. Many of my questions and concerns were ignored, and despite the fact that this is a premium brand, they appear to be concerned with saving every penny, even at the expense/inconvenience of their customers. My bouncer replacement took more than two weeks to arrive, and the advisor was quite unhelpful. They had to wait till I dropped off my malfunctioning bouncer before dispatching.

There is no call center
A call center does not exist. Orders cannot be placed over the phone. The website is not easy to use. Excellent coffee, but awful website. They don't provide a monthly subscription for one bag of another type. All of it is sent at once. Never again!

I would like to thank Dr Koman’s office and Dr Koman for the wonderful service I have received from your office. After being in pain and seeing another orthopedic specialist for 8 months, who finally said I have no idea why you in pain, it took Dr Koman 5 minutes to figure it out. It’s been 2 weeks since the surgery and I’m finally pain free. The office is so accommodating and his PA , David, amazing. I was always treated with respect and every question I asked was answered without being talked down to. Thank you Dr Koman , David and your staff for your wonderful expertise

Campaigner sends out fake tracking numbers
Indiegogo allows the campaigners to come and advertise their products, but they never deliver them to you. I have been waiting for a product for the past 1.5 years. On top of that, they hand us fake tracking numbers for things that never arrive. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely horrible, I went from having a line of credit to having 0 limit overnight, with the way to reinstate it in time to prevent the cash flow issues it caused. Absolutely do not recommend.

Floor installed in November 2025
Floor installed in November 2025, and we have cracks and broken pieces in the flooring already. Would never recommend and would never use their preferred installers installation made easy. I would give ZERO stars if I could. If I could upload pics, I would.

Excellent Customer Service
Everyone says that the wait time was more to blame for poor customer service than the representative. After installing the Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium, I called assistance because hot air was blowing out instead of cold air. Yes, I had to wait longer than I would have liked, but the customer service representative was amazing. When she arrived, she was calm, composed, and incredibly skilled. After figuring out the wiring, she guided us through the necessary steps. I didn't care that I had to wait over an hour to get through because I was so amazed. It was worthwhile.

I injured my knee badly on Christmas Eve—ruptured quad tendon and torn ligaments. Dr. Saltzman met with me soon after, clearly explaining the surgical plan. As an active runner in my 60s, I told him how much getting back to running meant to me. He listened with genuine empathy and made it our shared goal. The surgery went exactly as he described, and I followed his recovery plan closely. Fourteen weeks later, I’m running again—2.5 miles with no pain! I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Thank you, Dr. Saltzman, for your skill, support, and outstanding care!

Organic options!
Finding organic dairy and produce was particularly challenging after moving from a big metropolis to a rural area. Now that I have a drop near home, I'm quite happy. With the exception of a few less-than-fresh carrots, I've been really happy with everything thus far. They weren't spoiled; they were just a little past their prime. Now that I only shop with Azure, I'm overjoyed!

Unacceptable Delays and Alarming Data Protection Issues
I asked for a partial withdrawal of my money three months ago. I have been waiting for three months now, and they have not provided me with any updates or an explanation for why it is taking so long. Even more worrisome, letters were sent to both my old and new addresses when I requested that my address be corrected. This is a major data security breach. Why Whitbread chose this firm to handle employee funds is beyond me. My own experience has led me to strongly encourage people to stay away from them at all costs.
