Unprofessional and Dismissive Care
In April 2025, I had Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my nose performed by the excellent Dr. Casper. Following that, I saw Dr. Ahumada for follow-up care. He looked at my nose briefly, said I didn’t need stitches, and told me to return in two weeks. When I did, I had a visible hole in my nose. I expressed my concern, and his cold response shocked me—he asked why I didn’t get a skin graft, despite never offering one. When I reminded him, he denied it. His dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were unacceptable. I won’t return to him.

Worth it!
The Eddie Bauer store had some awesome deals, almost everything was half off its list price. The staff here is helpful and has a keen interest in the clothing. They had a nice variety and quality, and it was worth a trip to the outlet.

Gives you false hope
The customer service related to my order was excellent, and my questions were answered promptly. I was informed that the nursery pots I purchased were backordered and will become available for shipment at the beginning of August. I've just checked my PayPal account and noticed that I've received a refund. Guys, if you don’t have all the items in stock in your warehouses, why are you wasting people’s time? And giving us the false hope that our patience will pay off, and we will eventually get our purchased items. It’s not a good way to do business.

Carters Customer Service is non existent
Carter's customer service is virtually non-existent. You get the runaround and no answers. I placed an online order and immediately noticed I had entered the wrong shipping address. I contacted them using their online chat and was told they would need to open a help desk ticket. I heard nothing till the following day. The next day, they responded that they couldn't do anything because it had been more than 60 minutes since the order was placed. That is on customer service for being so slow. I submitted the request immediately; we'll be within the 60-minute deadline. Never again.

Cannot complain
Our flights were absolutely fine as compared to European airlines; the service was excellent. There was plenty of food, snacks, and drinks, even for short routes. The service was good and the staff too.

Horrible application
This streaming app is terrible—I don’t even know where to begin. Constant crashes, login problems, and poor stream quality have made it incredibly frustrating to use. I’ve purchased pay-per-views only to be locked out and unable to watch them. I truly hope the UFC doesn’t renew their media contract with this service. While I understand their job may be challenging, the experience has been consistently awful for years, and these issues never seem to get fixed.

Amazing!!
I traveled to Bali in June and returned in July, and both flights with Garuda were exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and truly amazing throughout the journey. The legroom was the best I’ve ever experienced in economy, and I really liked the 2-4-2 seating configuration. While the meals were fairly average, everything else more than made up for it. I would absolutely fly with Garuda again and highly recommend them.

Plan ahead!
It is essential to note that Amtrak trains to and from Rhinecliff sell out quickly. The institute doesn't warn us of this. Plan your travel well in advance, ideally several months before your trip. Next, getting an Uber or taxi to or from the train station is not easy. I waited at least an hour for someone to pick me up and take me to the Omega Center. However, there is a list of the eight or so taxis, and you can make a reservation with them.

Costa Rica trip accident
My husband was involved in a hotel accident during our trip to Costa Rica. He required immediate surgery because he was unable to walk. We had to cancel half of our trip when we flew back to the United States. Like most travel insurance providers, Generali makes it difficult to provide medical records, non-refundable reservations, etc. They mostly want to confirm that you are not protected by any other insurance, such as a credit card or health benefits. They paid for everything, but it took nearly four months to resubmit the paperwork. When buying insurance, it's crucial to read the fine print. Generali will pay, but they will be slow or difficult.
