This is more like feedback. I love Panera, and enjoy many of their menu items like soups and salads. But the fromage toast wasn't that great. Not very cheesy, and the onions were way too sweet. I won't buy it again.

Misleading customers
The company is misleading customers with false delivery timelines on its website. The bed I ordered was advertised as being ready within 6 weeks. However, once production began—and the cancellation penalty increased to 25% plus forfeited shipping costs—they then revealed that delivery would actually take an extra 3–5 weeks after the item shipped.

Big Regret
I booked a flight through Kayak, which routed me to Underpricer without clearly emphasising the tradeoffs of using a third-party agency. After booking, I found that I could not select seats directly through Aer Lingus due to a third-party restriction. Instead, I was pushed to purchase seat assignments through Underpricer for about $500. The flight itself is valid, but the experience is frustrating. You lose flexibility and basic airline functionality, only to be upsold after the fact.

Easy to assembel
The bar stools were easy to assemble and exactly what I wanted. After assembly, I did notice a moderately noticeable wrinkle in the fabric on the back, where it goes under the seat cushion, and it’s not pulled tight. Probably not worth the time and trouble to fix, but I’m sharing this as feedback for future production improvements.

I was a FreshDirect customer for years
For many years, I was a FreshDirect customer. I am no longer. The most recent orders came hours late and were not communicated. The poultry was clearly off and heated when they arrived, so it was immediately thrown in the trash. That is a health danger, not a quality problem. The service has declined in ways that seem structural rather than coincidental after the Getir acquisition. Deliveries handled by third parties, goods left unattended on the sidewalk in the rain, and a customer support number that gives apologies but no solutions. The premium cost is still the same. Everything else has. I would highly advise searching elsewhere.

The Crayola Experience is truly a creative wonderland! With 28 hands-on activities, it’s far more than just exploring colors—it’s about turning imagination into reality. One of my favorite parts was naming and wrapping my very own Crayola crayon, which gave such a fun, personal touch to something so simple. Another highlight was the chance to appear in my own coloring page—a magical experience that kids and families will treasure as a unique and memorable keepsake.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I booked a hotel in Edinburgh with a pay-on-departure option, but the entire cost was debited to my bank account on the day of booking. To make matters worse, the reservation was cancelled less than a month before my arrival, at one of the busiest times of the year. I'm now stuck fighting for a refund, with no apparent solution in sight. Completely disappointing and really unsatisfactory experience.

CPR Cell phone Repair Shop was my hero!
I came in a bad mood and was immediately provided with good darting solutions to my problems. I liked how quickly I could be given an appointment, which suited me, and the technician resolved all my problems. He was also friendly, understanding and did more than he needed to, to solve my imminent issues with the device. So thankful and relieved I went!

Attention! Scammers
This company continues to bill my credit card for a membership that it claimed I had. I complained to the BBB about Gannett, and they said they would not return my money. They claimed it was in the terms and conditions. I requested that they send me a copy of my signature agreeing to anything. I have not received anything from them yet. Make sure to notify all of your friends and family to avoid this fraudulent company. Then have them tell their friends and family, the more the better.

Pleasant smooth experience
I was really worried about travelling with Air Mauritius after reading the reviews, but we had a great experience. No flight delays at all, boarding was quick and efficient. The seats and the airplane were comfortable, and the food was fine. Toilets were clean and didn’t smell at all. The staff were pleasant. Additionally, I recommend bringing your own water and snacks on board if you prefer not to eat the standard plane food.
