Over a month late on my subscription

My subscription is over a month late, and my infant outgrew his clothes long ago, leaving us in a bind. Trying to be sustainable, yet having to go shopping to keep him clothed. Customer service stopped responding to me, but of course, I kept getting charged. The website is frequently unavailable due to bugs. Also, their prices are higher than those of their competitors. I'm attempting to return the too-small things to them but can't get in touch. I wish I could write a better review but there's something off about them.

Disapointing

I’m really happy with my Super73 order. My bike arrived on time, and everything works perfectly. However, the box was entirely damaged when it arrived. Luckily, nothing inside was broken. I was told by Super73 support that the bike would come with the Pro 750 battery, but I received a 500 instead. That's disappointing.

Very noisy

The café in San Francisco is quite huge inside. However, it may get very loud due to the space's warehouse or hall-like feel. The coffee was decent, and the staff were kind when we went. However, it is not the best venue for chats because the noise level can make it difficult to communicate properly, particularly during events or meetings.

I took the kids to the Jelly Belly Visitor Center in Fairfield, and they had an absolute blast. The factory floor is fascinating to watch from the raised catwalk, and the moving conveyor belts and robotic arms kept them entertained the entire time. The admission is very reasonable—about $8 for adults and $4 for kids—and parking is free, easy to find, and even has space for RVs and buses. The self-guided tour lets you go at your own pace, and they hand you a small sample pack at the start (though you’re supposed to save it until the end).

Highly recommend

We are very happy with Weed Pro. We were baffled by our old lawn care company because our yard looked terrible. Very Dissatisfied

Ordered a replacement EGR Valve and wiring clip with shipping insurance. It was delivered to the completely wrong address across town. Called Parts Geek; struggled to get "Martin" to understand that I never received the part. Once that was finally understood, it then became a volleyball game of Parts Geek and Extend passing me back and forth, with neither company willing to make things right. Finally raised enough of a ruckus to get passed to a supervisor who refused to answer the phone, and STILL has not contacted me via email or phone. For such a highly rated company, this entire interaction has been pathetic.

I’m really disappointed with Safety 1st

I am very disappointed with Safety 1st for discontinuing support for their MO163 baby monitor. The app no longer functions, and the monitor is essentially useless. I paid a lot of money for this and anticipated it to last a long time. There has been no meaningful effort to provide replacements, repairs, or discounts, which feels disappointing from a brand I trusted. I will not be purchasing their products again.

Extremely satisfied with their customer service and quality

For the past five years, I've been using a HyperX Cloud Alpha (gold) headset. They've held incredibly well - the build quality and sound are supreme, the microphone is top-notch too. After so much time, the soft earmuffs started to deteriorate, and I couldn't find exact replacements on my own, so I messaged the HyperX support in hopes of finding replacements. The support team not only sent me free new replacement earmuffs, but also sent me a complimentary new microphone for the headset, including free shipping - literally for free.

These guys haven't let me down in the years that I've utilized them. My air failed while I was out of town, so I had a competitor quote it. To replace the condenser, they demanded $800. I therefore waited till I returned home and scheduled a meeting with Meineke in Yukon. I was up and running the same day, and for a lot less when they accurately identified the problem as a control setting. Once again, thank you!
