Very comfortable DC saloon
Clyde's Gallery Place is ideal for grabbing a quick snack before attending an event at the Capital One Center or after seeing DC's Chinatown. Classic location. Good hamburgers. Good beverages. Casual setting. When things get busy, it becomes quite loud.

A 5-Star experience from start to finish.
As we entered the building, the manager made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly, provided efficient service, served hot and delicious food, and the place was spotless. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, quick, and efficient even during busy dinner time. I had an enjoyable experience. We would definitely revisit this place and recommend it to family and friends.

Fly at your own risk
Jetstar seems to have its own carry-on policy compared to other airlines. Other airlines clearly state that 7kg carry-on luggage + 1 smaller item, such as a laptop, is allowed, while Jetstar states that both items combined must not exceed 7kg. They also send out the most unfriendly representative to collect fines as if they are being rewarded for the amount they can collect. Outside of this experience, flights are regularly postponed and cancelled, which would lead you to think they strategically alter their schedules to ensure every seat is occupied, forcibly transferring passengers from one flight to the next.

Bad Experience
This rating is for the doctor's scheduler. I gave only 1 star because been trying to schedule my 95 yrs old father for an appt since April 23, 2025 as a new patient. Several follow calls I made, but they just kept on promising to call me back but up now no return call was made. I think I'm changing my mind to have a different doctor for my dad. I'm feeling bad because my father never met Dr Jason & he was recommended by our family friend. I am actually frustrated.

Camera fine, but the connection to the phone is rubbish.
The camera is fine, but don't expect to be able to utilize it to communicate with the person who just rang your doorbell. My doorbell camera has a fantastic, quick internet connection. Even if I am at home with the same fast wifi connection, connecting to the caller takes roughly 2 minutes. By this point, the caller had left. Similarly, when attempting to view events, the video will not appear even though it has generated an event. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service
When I initially purchased a chair from Branch Furniture, the height adjustment mechanism was not functioning correctly. I reached out to Customer Service, and they assisted me in ordering a replacement piece. When I had issues removing the faulty piece, he sent over all new parts, and I was able to fix my chair! Patient and understanding throughout the whole process!

Worst security camera system
The worst security camera system on the market, in my view. I would not recommend this device or company to anyone who wants peace of mind or feels comfortable at home. We've had nothing but problems with all the cameras, and their premium video recording service has never worked, despite several cases filed with their support team. This product provides value for money. There is a reason it is so inexpensive.

Stay away from this airline! They left behind all checked bags without any warning, claiming it was due to weight restrictions—which clearly wasn’t true. On the return flight, they even added two more passengers with luggage, yet my bags were still excluded. I only got my bags back two days later, by which time my vacation was already ruined.

Our new favourite hotel in London
The personnel provided amazing service and could not do enough for you. We brought our two Pomeranians, and they were treated royally. Shoutout to Rodriguez, who assisted us with check-in. He was fantastic and made sure the dogs and I had everything we needed. The spa and exercise facilities were also fantastic, and I will definitely return to the Four Seasons. Thank you!
