The hairdresser who did my hair at Great Clips was exceptional. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted after I said I needed something different. She was communicating with me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable.

Great flexibility, but slow support chat experience
I wanted to activate an offer, but I have failed so far. The help chat is useful, but it closes off entirely if you do not reply within 3 minutes, while they take 10 to 15 minutes to reply. There is no way to revive a chat, you have to start a new one. I have already tried three times to receive a service that I should have already received by default.

This company is awful!
This business is terrible and engages in dishonest business methods! After I had recently power cleaned my property, they made it dirty and damaged my decking by pulling tree limbs. They were too indolent to travel an extra two feet on my gravel walks, even though they could have used a different entrance point. They chose to reject accepting responsibility after dragging me along for months with their annoying corporate third-party firm that handles their claims. Additionally, be wary of their showing up on your property without warning. This business is dishonest and unreliable!

I am very disappointed with their mail-ordered plants. The plants are small! and not worth the price at all. Different responses from customer service. Won’t order plants again.

I was searching for vinyl flooring at Floor and Decor
I was searching for vinyl flooring at the Summerfield store. I found the staff to be outstanding. The customer service was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our selection. He provided us with printed material as well as his hands-on experience. Everyone we ran into at the store was pleasant and very customer service-oriented.

This company is absolute worst.
This firm is just garbage. They have the worst customer service. If one of your things is lost during shipment or not delivered to you. They turn around to blame you. The worst individuals work there, and the customer service is terrible. I'm not sure if the ownership changed, but it used to be a good firm; now it's simply trash.

I loved this place!
The food and service were both excellent. I loved the burrito. There were numerous fall and seasonal coffees, as well as fun specials. The freshly squeezed strawberry OJ was awesome. The ambiance is lovely. Note that you can add yourself to the live wait list remotely on the website if you would like to reserve your spot ahead of time.

I would recomend it to everyone
I just returned from a 3-day retreat and can't say enough about how great both the center and the retreat were. Drala is a beautiful center with a rich history run by kind, compassionate, and committed staff. The food and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. If a program calls you to this place, you can consider yourself lucky. I look forward to coming back here.

Do not buy from Wayfair! The items you get are nothing like the photos. This is my second—and definitely last—time ordering from them. The products are cheaply made, and I’ll never shop here again. Absolutely terrible company!
